The centre is designed to offer an interactive walkthrough of Hettich’s product applications for residential and commercial spaces

Hettich currently operates multiple experience centres across India as part of its strategy to expand direct consumer engagement alongside its dealer network.
Hettich, the German furniture fittings manufacturer, has reopened its Delhi Experience Centre in a new format aimed at improving customer engagement and standardising its retail experience across markets.
The new centre, located in Lajpat Nagar, replaces the company’s earlier setup that first opened in 2010 and introduced the Experience Centre concept to India. It now brings together Hettich’s full range of products — including furniture fittings, architectural hardware, lighting systems, and built-in kitchen appliances — under one roof.
The centre is designed to offer an interactive walkthrough of Hettich’s product applications for residential and commercial spaces. It also provides design support and consultation services to customers and trade partners.
Andre Eckholt, Managing Director – Hettich India, SAARC, Middle East & Africa, said the Delhi centre represents an updated approach to how the company presents its solutions in the Indian market, adding that it will serve as a model for future centres across the region.
Hettich currently operates multiple experience centres across India as part of its strategy to expand direct consumer engagement alongside its dealer network. The company began India operations in the early 2000s and has since grown to become one of the leading players in the furniture fittings segment.
