Arvind Fashions Limited Appoints Amisha Jain as New MD & CEO

Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL), India's leading fashion casual wear and denim company, has appointed Amisha Jain as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from August 13, 2025, as part of the succession planning of the organization.

Amisha is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience across technology, consumer, and retail sectors. An alumna of INSEAD and McKinsey, she is known for driving growth and transformation across large complex organizations and new age digital native companies.

Until recently, Amisha Jain, was the Managing Director & SVP of South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe at Levi Strauss & Co. She led the growth and transformation of the brand and business in the region contributing to the success of the brand. Shailesh Chaturvedi, the current MD & CEO, will work closely with Amisha to ensure a smooth transition.

Elaborating on company’s new leadership, Kulin Lalbhai said, as the company prepares for launching itself into the next orbit of growth, the company is delighted to welcome Amisha back to AFL.

She has worked at Arvind in her earlier stint and is aligned to the group’s values and vision. Since then, she led the turnaround of Zivame, and recently led the transformation and scale up of Levi’s in South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern European markets. “She has a strong understanding of the new age consumer & we believe she is rightly positioned to lead AFL in its future journey. We wish her all the best for her new role,” Lalbhai added.

Amisha, an alumna of INSEAD and McKinsey, has over 25+ years of experience in technology, consumer, and retail sectors. Through the course of her career, she has been leading growth and transformation initiatives for various brands.

Until recently, she was the Managing Director & SVP of South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe at Levi Strauss & Co. During her 3-year term, Levi’s India saw high teens growth while gaining #1 brand equity in the country in Denims and apparels.

Prior to Levi’s, she led the turnaround of Zivame, as the CEO and led it to an innovation-led consumer centric brand, that became the fastest growing women’s intimate-wear, loungewear and athleisure business. Her prior experience includes Arvind group, Nike India, McKinsey & Company and Motorola Inc.
